Coventya has made significant investments in the International Product Management program, or IPM, over the course of the past several years. The company is pleased to announce further developments in its plating on plastics (POP) product line. To augment its global commitment to POP, Coventya has announced that Doug Lay will assume responsibilities for IPM POP in the Americas and Eastern Asia. Lay also serves as the International Product Manager of Coventya's decorative product line, which has successfully been linked to POP.
