10th International Symposium on Scanning Probe Microscopy & Optical Tweezers in Life Sciences

This October, JPK Instruments presents the NanoBioVIEWS™ meeting on scanning probe microscopy and optical tweezers

 

The two day event will cover the applications of these technologies in the life sciences, and will feature 18 invited presentations from speakers on all the key aspects of these areas. The organizers hope that the meeting will help stimulate fruitful discussions between the scientific communities of these complementary techniques
 
Presentation topics include: Scanning Probe Microscopies beyond imaging: tailoring and unraveling the nanoworld; Applications of AFM within pharmacy: from biology to biopharmaceutical development; The physics of the optical torque wrench; Sequence, shape, function: a primer to DNA origami; and more.
 
The meeting takes place over the 5th and 6th of October in Berlin, Germany. Berlin, the capital city of Germany, is well known for its museums, nightlife, and diverse architecture, and as one of the biggest cities in Europe, has something for everyone.
