The Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG) is holding a certified additive manufacturing (AM) technician course in May.

According to the Group, the course is suitable for people with a two-year associate’s degree in AM, or who is currently enrolled in a college program, and/or has one or more years of working experience in a manufacturing-related field.

Successful (passing) completion of the exam yields the designation of Certified Additive Manufacturing–Technician (CAM-T), the AMUG said.

The course will comprise 1.5 days of instruction (1–2 May 2021) followed by an exam on Sunday, and costs US$895. To register go here.
