Kegelmann Manufacturing GmbH has formed a strategic partnership with Concept Laser to improve series production quality in 3D printing.

Kegelmann offers a range of manufacturing processes and has knowledge of establishing and maintaining reproducible quality in additive manufacturing, the company said.

‘Our customers expect us to deliver process quality, flexibility and speed. Excellent quality control and verifiable results in real time during the actual laser melting convinced us to partner with Concept Laser,’ said Stephan Kegelmann, CEO.

The company will install Concept Laser’s M2 cusing Multilaser 3D printer with two 400 watt fiber lasers.

‘I am fascinated by lightweight and bionics’ ability to improve component performance. By investing in high-power lasers and additional QM accessories we underscore our values of ??speed, flexibility and process quality,’ said Kai Kegelmann, CTO.
