Elsevier is pleased to announce that Dr. Md Julker Nine has been presented with the Carbon Journal Prize for 2018. This award is given annually to a recent graduate that has written "an outstanding Ph.D. thesis in carbon material science and technology”.
In addition, we are pleased to recognize Dr. Nithya Subramanian, Dr. Youfeng Zhang, and Dr. Jose Francisco Vivo Vilches for a second-place in the international 2018 Carbon Journal Prize competition for "an outstanding PhD thesis in carbon science or technology".
