Hambleside Danelaw has created a new production line for glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) rooflights at its 30,000 sq ft facility at Long March, Daventry, UK, reports the Daventry Express.

Hambleside Danelaw manufactures GRP flashings, GRP profiled rooflights, wall lights and cladding, the Dryseal GRP roofing system and a range of roof, cavity and underfloor ventilation products and ancillaries.

‘This new facility – close to our core markets – will allow us to reduce lead times, improve logistics and further improve customer service,’ Chris Avery, Hambleside Danelaw’s managing director, told the newspaper.

'After the recent downturn in the construction sector we think there’s real cause for optimism again. This investment reflects that and we’re really pleased to be able to get work underway.'
