Glass fiber specialist Owens Corning has reported consolidated net sales of US$1.9 billion in third-quarter 2019, compared with US$1.8 billion in Q3 2018, an increase of 4%.

According to the company, it witnessed volume growth in the roofing and composites businesses, as well as manufacturing productivity across the company.

Owens Corning says that in its composites segment, the company continues to expect growth in the glass fiber market, although at a lower rate than its previous outlook.
