REACH for Polymers will develop a toolkit to guide the user through the entire process, from understanding individual requirements, through to which tests to perform, registration and best practice.

The first results of the project are now available and a report detailing trends, sources of information, current status and methods is available to download from www.reachforpolymers.eu.

The REACH for Polymers consortium comprises partners from across European. It is managed by Rapra Ltd (UK) and includes ASCAMM (Spain), CASO (Portugal), PROPLAST (Italy), PEP (France), SIRRIS (Belgium) and PIEP (Portugal).

The 30-month project is co-funded by the LIFE programme, the EU’s funding instrument for the environment.
