Kordsa says that a new production line of polypropylene monofilament fiber reinforcement, based in the company’s Izmit, Turkey, plant, is now operational.

With this new investment, Kordsa has also expanded its product range with the production of polypropylene monofilament fiber concrete reinforcement for the construction industry.

‘With this new polypropylene monofilament fiber reinforcement line, we aim to grow by differentiating from our competitors in the market,’ said Kordsa CEO Ali Çaliskan. ‘We aim to offer this new synthetic fiber, a new version of KraTos, both in Turkey and in the European market.’
