Ensinger’s new polymer pulveriser machine at its subsidiary plant in Cham, Bavaria.

Plastics processor Ensinger says that its recently commissioned polymer pulveriser machine can now process plastics such as polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polyethylenimine (PEI) and polyether ether ketone (PEEK).

The machine has also been able to pulverise polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA)6 and polycarbonate (PC).

The tightly toleranced pulverised polymer materials fulfil the tough requirements and high demands of advanced thermoplastic composites, according to the company.
