The 20th International Conference on Solid Compounds of Transition Element (SCTE-2016) will be held in Zaragoza (Spain) from April 11th to 15th, 2016, at the Paraninfo Building of the University of Zaragoza.
SCTE is intended to provide a forum for discussion on fundamental and applied research in the areas of the solid state chemistry, physics and materials science of compounds containing d- and f- elements, and as an informal platform to exchange ideas and promote new collaborations.
On this occasion, SCTE will celebrate its twentieth edition, after previous meetings from Paris (1965) to Genoa (2014).
The SCTE conference aims to assess the latest progress in these fields in several invited talks by experts, to foster presentations of on-going research projects by young researchers and PhD students, and to stimulate new collaborative projects.
