BMS Institute of Technology and Management, Yelahanka (BMSIT&M), an institution with a class of its own, is one of the most sought-after institutes for high quality engineering education in Karnataka. Recently, the Department of Chemistry of BMSIT&M organised the first international conference on “Accelerating Innovations in Material Science - AIMS 2020”. Around 300 delegates, many eminent scientists & accomplished speakers from all over the country & world attended the on-line event, which took place from 4 th to 7th August 2020. Under the theme „Current advancement in Material Chemistry, Physics & Engineering?, it provided an on-line vibrant global platform to research community for learning, exchanging ideas, sharing knowledge, networking with fellow colleagues and scientists from various premier institutes like IISc, IITs & IISERs.
