The alliance combines the strengths and specialties of each company’s ovens into a single electric motor repair package. Pollution Control Products’ stripping ovens are at the front end of the repair process—stripping and removing the defective varnish from the electric motors—while Precision Quincy’s ovens conclude the process by curing the replacement varnish used in the repair.

The companies exhibited for the first time as an alliance at the 2009 EASA Convention and Exhibition (Electrical Apparatus Service Association, Inc.) held June 14–16 at the America’s Center in St. Louis, Mo. The show’s focus is on the sales and service divisions of the electrical apparatus industry, which covers AC & DC motors, generators, transformers, etc.
