For example, if a customer is not satisfied with its service, Reliable Silver will send a $50 bill and recommit to achieving mutually agreed-upon goals. Note: Customers have a week after receipt of the order to make a claim.

Since the beginning of 2010, Reliable Silver has increased sales by:

  • Expanding the silver alloy product line with more sizes, shapes, and tolerances
