The organizers of GIFA, Metec, Thermprocess and Newcast 2019 say that the metallurgy shows will feature more than 2,100 exhibitors.

The events take place from 25 to 29 June 2019 in Düsseldorf, Germany.

‘For the first time in the more than 60-year history, we had more than 2,000 exhibitors in 2015,’ said Friedrich Kehrer, global portfolio director metals and flow technology at Messe Düsseldorf. ‘So I am particularly pleased that we have succeeded in maintaining this high level.’

The exhibitors will be presenting a range of foundry technology, castings, metallurgy and thermo process technology in twelve different halls to around 78,000 trade visitors. According to Messe Düsseldorf, the events will cover key technologies, such as additive manufacturing (AM), Industry 4.0 and lightweight structures in the automotive industry.
