Massimiliano Puddu di Sant'Andrea has been appointed chairman and CEO of Italian PM producer Pometon SpA, succeeding Alessandro Pasetti.

Massimiliano Puddu di Sant'Andrea was previously the MD of financial companies and investment funds in Dubai and New York, as well as owner and general manager of J-Company.

‘I am very excited to join this very motivated team and contribute to boost its potential in the international market, through business expansion, joint ventures, and new challenging investments,’ said Puddu.

Pometon is a specialist in nonferrous water atomized powders and reportedly holds Europe’s most complete PM product portfolio, covering iron, copper and copper alloys (water atomized technology) and electrolytic (dendritic) copper powders. In 2015 Pometon celebrated its 75th anniversary and says that it is now focusing on new product development and new markets, more effective sales coverage, and stronerg partnership with international players with joint ventures and exclusivity agreements.
