Seco/Warwick will supply two two-bar and one 12 bar high pressure cooling high vacuum furnaces equipped with moly/stainless steel hot zones, high vacuum pumping system, electrical controls. This includes installation, start-up and commissioning services.

The company’s high vacuum furnaces are used for solution heat treating, annealing, stress relieving, quench hardening, degassing, tempering, homogenizing, aging and brazing. They can be equipped with FineCarb vacuum carburizing and PreNit high speed carburising option. Typical materials processed in high vacuum furnaces include carbon steel and low alloy steels, iron base corrosion resistant steel, nickel and cobalt based alloys, titanium and titanium alloys.
