Hi-line Industries, a UK manufacturer of compressed air handling and purification equipment, has reported its most successful period ever. At the company’s year-end in July, Hi-line’s turnover had grown to 28% and orders have continued to increase at strong levels particularly on large projects, the company says.

Hi-line suggests that some of this success comes from growing number of companies in Europe using the weaker pound to their advantage. In the UK, there is also growing demand with an increasing number of British brands trying to support other national manufacturers by placing orders in the UK.

Following a recruitment drive in December, Hi-line is also employing more engineers and office staff in January to help with the increased demand for the company’s air dryers, adsorption dryers, nitrogen/oxygen generators, filtration equipment and condensate management technologies.
