German automotive specialist Schunk Sintermetalltechnik has installed a Sacmi MPH press line for the processing of metal powders, the first of this type to be installed by the company.

Schunk Sintermetalltechnik is a specialist in the processing of sintered metal powders and, more specifically, the production of hi-tech engine and transmission components for the automotive industry.

The installed MPH 200 press  llows the company to make items with more complex geometry and ensures a dimensional accuracy up to ± 0.025 mm. It has a compact configuration that allows users to perform quality control tasks at high speed and directly in line.
