“Simple samples of the generator have been successfully tested with 110 watt power and 25 voltage,” Mehrdad Adl from the Research Center of Material and Energy, Karaj, Iran, told Iranian news agencies.

He added that the generator was designed using iron and resin composites and that "parts of powder metallurgy were pressed by 200 tons and have been ready for machining under a special process."

Rotor parts have been cut with precision of 0.01 mm and stator parts have been machined by CNC device with precision of 0.01 mm.
