The program results from the work of a group of researchers from the main French laboratories in the NEMS thematic and will gathered a wide range of international personalities whose outstanding recent studies define the state of the art in the field. In addition to invited speakers, poster sessions will be planned as well as a few slots for late news oral presentations.
Researchers from France, Netherlands, USA, Spain, Switzerland, Australia, Denmark, Ireland and Sweden will present works dispatched on three main topics : "new materials & nanotechnologies", "sensors" and "opto-mechanics self-oscillators".
