Bordeaux Polymer Conference (BPC 2018)

The first Bordeaux Polymer Conference (BPC 2018) will gather the top specialists from all over the world, offering them the opportunity to present their most recent research findings and to discuss the latest ideas, discoveries and innovations in the field of Polymer Science and Engineering.

The goal of BPC 2018 is to gather the best scientists involved in the field of Polymer Science to discuss topics as wide as :

  • Polymerization mechanism and catalysis
  • Macromolecular engineering
  • Green polymers
  • Polymer self-assembly
  • Interactions of polymers in life sciences and electronics

The number of participants will be limited to around 300 to ensure a relaxed atmosphere and encourage dialogues and debates between scientists of international repute and young researchers. 13 outstanding Plenary Speakers, including Prof. Robert H. Grubbs (Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2005) and Prof. Ben L. Feringa (Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2016), 14 Keynote Speakers and 32 Invited Speakers will present their most recent results and discuss upcoming challenges in polymer science.

Complementary to our distinguished speakers, the possibility to contribute with an oral or poster presentation will be offered to participants.
