The New EPLEXOR 500N at the K2016

The new Netzsch Gabo Eplexor is an easy-to-use, modular testing instrument for the thermomechanical characterization of various materials such as plastics, rubbers, composites, metals and ceramics.

The electrodynamic oscillator generates defined deformations across a wide frequency and temperature range. This allows for predictions about a material’s behavior without any need to test it in the field.

The independent drive for the static force always ensures good sample positioning and enables high static deformations of the material – just as are achieved by, for example, universal testing devices. The modular design and easy exchangeability of different force sensors make the EPLEXOR well equipped to handle both today’s measurement tasks and future needs. The unique MPAS automatic sample changer allows for efficient measurements in the tensile, compression, bending and shearing modes in any order.
